Samsung Washer UB Code: Unbalanced Load Fix
Short answer: On the Samsung WF45T6000A* washer, UB means the load is unbalanced during spin. Spread the laundry evenly, make sure the washer is level on a flat, stable floor, and press Start/Pause to resume.
What UB means
The WF45T6000A* manual says UB asks you to check the spinning process because the load may not be balanced inside the drum. It does not, by itself, prove that the motor, suspension or bearings have failed.
Primary references: Samsung WF45T6000A* user manual and Samsung washer information-code support.
Safe checks
- Wait for the drum to stop before opening the door.
- Untangle the load and spread heavy items around the drum. A single bulky item or a very small load can be difficult to balance.
- Close the door and press Start/Pause to resume, as Samsung directs.
- If UB repeats with ordinary, balanced loads, stop using high-speed spin and arrange service for leveling and suspension checks.
When to stop
Stop if the machine walks, bangs violently, leaks or makes a new grinding sound. Do not hold the drum or reach underneath while it spins.
Parts You Might Need
- Samsung washer leveling feet or suspension parts by exact model, only after diagnosis
- Small bubble level for the accessible top surface
